Sounds a little confusing, huh?  However, once you try this non-dessert cheesecake you will want to try more.

 

Think cheese ball meets quiche. One slice is great with soup or a side salad. Bites and mini size savory cheesecakes are great for brunch or appitizers.  You can serve alongside crackers if you like, but really no need since they are baked on a flavorful crust.
