Owners, Anthony and D’Ann Christian have been selling cheesecake to individuals and restaurants since 2009. The flavor list has grown from just a few flavors to over 90 flavors. Anthony specializes in custom made cheesecakes and unique flavors. He also has a line of savory cheesecakes that have become a big hit at parties and tasting events.

 

Anthony has been in the kitchen almost his entire life, cooking for his family as early as 12 years old. With a gifted palate, he can identify many ingredients and spices just after a few bites. This often sends him to the pantry to recreate dishes he had tasted in restaurants. This is how he came to make his first cheesecake.

Every cheesecake is a recipe created by Anthony using local, fresh ingredients and of course, a secret ingredient.

Together, Anthony and D’Ann have ran their own cafe, also baked, boxed and delivered slices of cheesecake each week to local restaurants; as well as designed custom cheesecakes and created beautiful wedding cheesecakes.
