Many flavors have been created and added to our Signature collection of cheesecakes. All of these flavors are available to order. Pick a flavor or talk to us about desiging your own.

Pineapple Almond aka..Anthony's Favorite Pineapple and almond in the filling, topped with pineapple glaze, almond pieces and cherry on each slice.	White Chocolate Pistachio Pistachio and white chocolate filling, topped with chopped pistachios and white chocolate shavings.	Patriot Blueberry layer, white chocolate layer and strawberry layer... topped with the same flavors
Spumoni A layer of pistachio and a layer of cherry cheesecake on a chocolate crust with a chocolate topping covered in chopped pistachios.	Fudge Brownie Brownie crust and brownie chunks in the filling. Topped with chocolate drizzle and a cherry on each slice.	Creme brulee Vanilla bean cheesecake with a sugar creme brulee topping.
Chocolate Orange Orange infused chocolate cheesecake. Chocolate on top with chocolate shavings and orange (white chocolate) shavings.	Pink Lemonade Lemon with a hint of berries to create this summertime favorite.	Caramel DeLite Caramel and coconut on a chocolate crust with caramel drizzle on top and toasted coconut.
Orange Chiffon Creamy orange and vanilla flavors with a white frosting.	Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana PB & Chocolate filling with a banana swirl and banana frosting.	Butterfinger Another candy bar favorite.
Mint Chocolate Chip Mint cheesecake filling with chocolate chips.	Peaches and Cream Peachy filling and a whipped frosting.	Peachy Pecan Peach pieces in filling topped with peach glaze and Pecans.
Peppermint Like a refreshing peppermint candy.	Mocha A layer of chocolate and a layer of mocha topped with chocolate and lined with chocolate covered espresso beans.	Nutty Chocolate Banana Banana filling with a chocolate swirl topped with chocolate drizzle and walnut pieces.
Eggnog This is for you eggnog lovers.	White Chocolate Turtle Caramel and white chocolate, topped with white chocolate and caramel stripes and pecan pralines.	Salted Caramel Mocha So many great flavors together.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Peanut Butter filling with a grape jelly swirl. Topped with a peanut butter frosting. Ask for strawberry if you like.	Peanut Butter Banana Peanut Butter Cheesecake with a Banana swirl.	Country Pear A layer of pears in the middle and crunchy strussel on top.
Strawberry Kiwi Strawberry and Kiwi, two sweet fruits, one creamy cheesecake.	Lemon Lime Layer of lemon and a layer of lime.	Heath Butter toffee and chocolate.

Carrot Cake Carrot cake cheesecake topped with frosting and little carrots...awww	Cinnamon Roll Cinnamon roll crust and cinnamon swirl topped with an icing.	Chocolate Covered Strawberry Strawberry filling with a chocolate topping and a covered strawberry on each slice. Depending on the season, hand dipped chocolate covered strawberries can be added. Caramel Mocha Caramel, chocolate and coffee... 3 great flavors in one cheesecake. Topped with caramel drizzle and chocolate shavings.	Cherry Chocolate Chip Our yummy cherry cheesecake with a few chocolate chips thrown in and on top.	Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cookie dough in a cheesecake! then a frosting that tastes just like cookie dough.
Butter Toffee Also known as English Toffee. Bits of toffee inside as well as in a drizzle on top.	Berry Blue Blueberry filling that looks more purple. Blueberry topping, or fresh blueberries when in season.	Banana Nut Banana and walnuts in filling and whipped creamy banana frosting on top and a few chopped walnuts.
Arizona Sunset Cranberry, Orange and white chocolate create the colors of a sunset.	Pumpkin Brownie D'Ann's holiday favorite. A pumpkin cheesecake with a brownie crust. One of the first flavors Anthony created.
